Clary sage is a flowering herb that’s native to the Mediterranean Basin. Used aromatically and topically, studies have shown its effectiveness in stress relief, reducing menstrual cramps, and alleviating menopause symptoms. It has also been shown to have antibacterial properties when applied topically.
