A: Far&Wild's satisfaction guarantee promise offers returns and full refunds on any product purchases, and we accept both unopened or opened bottles. Simply email us within 90 days of purchase. To start a return or an exchange, please proceed by clicking here.

Far&Wild reserves the right to refuse returns for customers who abuse our returns policy. If we see an unusually high trend in purchasing and returning across multiple orders, we reserve the right to refuse returns. A warning will be sent to the customer prior to this going into effect.

If the chosen product(s) is less than the original order value, we will refund you the difference. If the chosen product(s) is more than the original order value, you are able to pay the additional difference.
