Q: What is your return policy?

A: Far&Wild offer free returns for orders shipped with the US and Canada. For a full refund, simply email us within 90 days of purchase and we'll send a free prepaid label for your opened or unopened bottles.

If you live outside of USA or Canada, simply email us within 100 days of purchase, and we will authorize your full refund for your opened or unopened bottles. Shipping and duties must be paid by customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Do Far&Wild allow exchanges?

A: Far&Wild customers can exchange opened or unopened bottles within 90 days of purchase with no shipping costs—no questions asked.
