A: Far&Wild's satisfaction guarantee promise offers returns and full refunds on any product purchases within the USA and Canada, and we accept both unopened or opened bottles. Customers are required to cover the shipping cost for returns unless the "Free Returns + Package Protection" option is selected at checkout for $1.98, which would cover the full cost of the return shipping. Far&Wild reserves the right to refuse returns for customers who abuse our returns policy. If we see an unusually high trend in purchasing and returning across multiple orders, we reserve the right to refuse returns. A warning will be sent to the customer prior to this going into effect.

If the chosen product(s) is less than the original order value, we will refund you the difference. If the chosen product(s) is more than the original order value, you are able to pay the additional difference.
